@Jordan Burnett those lockers are a great addition for sure. I am seeing packages not be delivered because the lockers are full or the packages are just left outside the lockers. So I found a device that amazon installs on the building to allow packages to be delivered to the lobby without a door person having to be there.

If anyone is having the same problem you can message me and I can get you set up. Thanks for the responses.

I am finding many properties in New York City that are losing packages for a variety of reasons including being stolen. Packages are delivered during hours that aren’t convenient or they are just left outside of the drop boxes free for others with sticky fingers to grab and property owners are looking for a solid solution to safely get their tenants their packages on time and safely. I am currently working with amazon to get devices installed to allow amazon drivers to be tracked and deliver packages to a property inside the lobby or restricted access if the driver has a package for some one in the building. Making it safer for tenants and a lot more efficient to get packages delivered on time and in a location that will keep the packages safe.

It seems that this device would be great for multi family and commercial owners. Let me know what you think and if it’s something worth while. Thanks for your help and response.
