Hi!  I am excited to join the Bigger Pockets Pro Community, cominatcha from the Dallas area.  Looking for investor-friendly agents, hard money lenders and rehab specialists.  I'm hoping to find about 15-20 single-family cashflow deals over the next few years to replace my current income and bridge to retirement within 5 years.
