What ways are there to maximize rents? I heard of corporate housing. But what other ways can you earn double the market rent? 

I have a great candidate property that would be great for renting out the rooms to veterans. But I can't seem to figure out what the program is called. It's know for paying three times the rent. I heard of hud vash but I don't think that's it as it for homeless veterans only. Someone I spoke to said there's pre set rent amounts based on how disabled the veterans are. Does anyone know what this could be? 

Im looking for a property manager in Pasco area that would be able to manage a large facility that has veterans renting out rooms through the HUD-VASH program.

Does anyone have any experience on buying hoa liens and renting the home out until the bank forecloses? How does it work and how do acquire these properties? Can you get to know the local association attorneys and work out a deal with them to purchase the home?

thanks Michael, I looked at the electric baseboards but also looked at the cool/heat window ac from lg that also looks good. There already is window units but there ready to be replaced. I'm going to do some more research 

there's no attic just a flat roof so it would be impossiable to install a system. So space heaters are a option? 

I have a property that has no central ac or heat. How do you legally provide heat if its not possiable to install a a system?
