NEWBIE HERE**

So, I noticed that condos in southern Florida going for $40-$80k. I am wondering if they’re cheaper because less “snowbirds” are able to travel during COVID. The rent estimates are $2k/$6k per month which is great cash flow. Seems like a no-brainer. Is there something that I am missing? Any help is appreciated!
