Palm Springs, CA - I am an agent and I have an off-market listing for a 25-Room Boutique Hotel and I am looking for a buyer/investor. The hotel is turnkey and currently operating at 18 rooms. Owner operated with positive cashflow, pool, fitness room, EV charging and has tremendous value add opportunities.
