Thank you for the two quarters.

How many units of a property or people using them is a good minimum for the machines to be profitable?

Hi everyone,

I hope you all are doing well.

I am trying to calculate how much income a coin washer and dryer makes. I currently have a converted four-plex and I am thinking about adding a coined washer and dryer during the rehab, but the budget is tight and it might have to wait. I plan on turning a utility room into a laundry room.

On average how much does a coin washer and dryer generate with 4-7 people?

I have a quick question on property management companies.

When do property management companies pay their owners?

I recently interviewed a property manager and they said they their owners on the 27th of each month. Keeping the rents collected seems for nearly a month seem to long to me. However I am a newbie so maybe is just me.

What are your thoughts on this?

Thank you

Hello all,

I am a new member and I just purchased the ultimate version of "How to Estimate Rehab Costs". I downloaded the digital contents file and I do not see an MP3 file for the included audio book. Did anyone else have this same issue?

Thank you and glad to be apart of this community
