I have flip I recently finished in Westwood Plaza in Kansas City, Missouri and I'm looking to get a 2nd on it from a private lender to fund some other projects I have going on. I'm looking for $60-100k and I'll pay a minimum of 3 months interest - even if it sells sooner. I have over $200k of equity in it. Pls PM me if you are interested. Thx!

Hey fellow investors. I have a property in Waldo (KCMO) that has been rehabbed and has a lease in place. It's owned free and clear and now I'd like to cash out refi. House is worth ~$300k and I'd like to pull out $200k.

Any recommendations on good banks to work with? I'm a full time investor so my income is all over the place... so I'd prefer a lender who lends on the asset (vs income) and my 800 credit score.

Also note that I'm not a MO resident. I live in CA.

I'm an out-of-state investor (from San Diego) and will be visiting KC Tue-Thu. I have 2 properties in Lees Summit under contract and am in town for inspections and to see some other properties. Any other out-of-state investors visiting this week? I would love to meet up and see how your investing is going.
