Greetings, i am a 20 year old college student at Massachusetts College of Art and Design currently living at school in Boston. The reason i am here today is today is because i have been intrigued by real estate since i was old enough to know what the words meant. Anyways i want to hear from real people with real advice and experiences, I'm not sure learning everything from random website articles is going to make me successful.

I just need to start, with my first investment even if it is under 100k. I feel like its time for me to invest in something for my future. After all art school is not promising much. :/

I was hoping someone on here could help me make my first moves to getting an income property or my fist condo, or home or whatever!  I would love to hear your experiences as well.

I am also going to be living off campus next year and i am looking for economical way to invest and live off campus in Boston.
