Hi everyone! 

Long time lurker and excited to be joining the platform. So much good advice has been shared that it's hard to absorb it all. I have always been interested in becoming a CRE investor, and I am hoping to learn more about how experts in industry are analyzing, sourcing, and financing their projects.

I recently started a new role at a company that operates as a marketplace for CRE deals with a novel financing structure (for Operators on the property, not owners), and I would love to hear feedback from industry professionals and investors alike. Returns seem interesting to the point where I want to deploy my own capital to purchase one of the assets, but again - I am a beginner at this - so I don't want to make an easily catchable error.

Would love to chat about the assets or general strategies.
