Hello BP team!

I've been sharing my interest in getting started in real estate and I've recently been approached by a colleague of mine regarding a potential personal finance deal. He is interested in using $50k of his savings to diversify his investing.

I'm curious as to how best approach this situation. I was thinking about looking for a BRRRR deal and work out a % on the loan but am new to all of this so trying to learn and get advice.

@Ivan Barratt. Brand new at this. Definitely in the information gathering stage. My wife and I are committed to stay this journey so very excited about it. This is just an area I struggle to understand.

Hello BP! Brand new to this process and starting on my "Plan". Very interested in multi-family homes. Any suggestions on how to start evaluating properties/locations?  Currently located in Northwest Ohio.
