@Jaysen Medhurst yes we would be planning on living in the small 2bdrm unit the other 3 we would rent out for around 1325/unit so 4000$ total income. I'm not sure if I ran the numbers without us living there cause then we wouldn't qualify for the FHA loan and yes this is in Canada. Tenant would take care of utilities each unit has thier own laundry. We would look after the lawncare and snow removal. As far as the 25 yr loan that's the longest option I could find but I should check into it more. Thanks for the other pointers!!!
