Hey @Cole Oraham! Thanks for the welcome, everyone here has been extremely friendly so far. I'm currently in Greenville. My original goal was to start a wholesaling business in Greenville/Myrtle with a friend/colleague and then transition to Brrrr and then vacation properties in Costa Rica. But the more I learn about REI the more options I keep finding and the more I want to learn. Its been a nonstop cycle so far!

Also my business partner doesn't graduate until May and I'm waiting on him to renew his real estate license so we can use the MLS and I can go ahead and start looking for deals. In the meantime I'm honestly just trying to find a job in real estate to gain experience, continue to learn, and pay off my student loans.

Basically I just graduated from Clemson University and a few months ago I realized I don't want to work for money, I want money to work for me. I heard about wholesaling and REI, and even spent last semester completing my capstone research project on REI. I've started reading books, I've watched youtube videos, and I've listened to BiggerPockets podcast. While all of these are good, I want real world experience and am willing to work for this experience and knowledge. Honestly money right now is the least important thing for me. Since I'm not allowed to ask for a mentor on here, I would like to know to how to find a mentor or even someone to just shadow.
