My goal is to be financially free and stable to the point where i can be there for my family and not worry about when im deploying again. The plan is to meet buyer, investors, agents, brokers etc so i know what to look for and vice versa. How i get there is obviously putting myself out there, going to REAI clubs and networking. Im not here to blow smoke.. im new to this and need any bit of guidance possible. Thank you

Carlos I would look into Seed Capital or Hard money lenders. and maybe a some private investors for your gap funding. Im new to this as well and also have taken some courses along with mentorships and webinars. All have recommended the same.

Here are some websites, hope they help:

www.reonetwork.com

www.cdpe.com (certified distressed property expert)

www.moolahlist.com for hard money lenders

www.besttransactionfunding.com for your proof of funds

www.legalzoom.com for business cards and starting out your LLC

Greetings BP!

My name is Kyle Winslow and im currently stationed here at JBLM, WA where i hope to add my portfolio and create my team. Ive been in the Army for a little over 9 years now but about 5 years ago i got interested in RE and now investing. I have paid to go to seminars and have a mentorship along with some other things but i know this isnt a get rich quick scheme and feel I need something more than just a webinar or some software to get me started. maybe i need that extra push and essentially shown the different ways to look at this so to speak from someone active. Im completely driven to make this work and have the utmost confidence in my abilities, Im all ears and eager to learn more. Also what are your thought on using the VA Loan to purchase a home and rent it out for positive cash flow? open for ideas.

Thank you.
