I am having a hard time finding any good deals in Lake county IL.  I bought 3 great properties this past year but I cant seem to find anything lately.   Any deals out there please send my way.

Hey guys,

I think its time for me to get a property manager.  I have 3 buildings 16 units in Lake county IL, the town is Waukegan.  Does anyone have any recommendations?  I have a full time job and I feel if I want to keep buying more property im going to need some help.

I bought my first property in February of this year and just closed my second this week.  I have 10 units and I am under contract for 11 more over the next 2 months.   The biggest thing im looking for is help finding more deals.  I am also looking for help on how to structure much larger deals with other partners involved.
