I tried to do some searches on Google but came up short. Can anyone recommend property management services for Airbnb on the western side of Puerto Rico? Particularly around San Sebastian.

@Roberto Torres Hey Roberto, thanks for the insights. I took a look at Airbnb and it looks like a number of the listings are concentrated in Old San Juan. I assume that is where the most competition is or is it the same across all of San Juan?

Do you find that your occupancy has dramatically decreased or you've had to lower your average nightly rate during Covid?

I've been looking at online postings and am trying to assess the viability of buying a property to Airbnb in San Juan in 2021.

David, did you prepare the sales contract with the terms yourself or did you have someone else do it?

Does anyone have experience executing seller financed deals in NJ?

Is it necessary to work with a real estate agent in NJ for a seller financed deal if you've already identified a possible deal with a seller?

Also, does the real estate attorney put together the contract and promissory note or are there different professionals involved?

I bought my primary residence with a conventional mortgage, but I want to understand how a seller financed transaction might work/differ.

I'm hoping local investors might be able to share their experience of investing in Middlesex County (particularly the area around Rutgers)?

Is it possible to find properties that cash flow there? What is that market like?
