Hello This questions pertains to Landlords & Investors in the South FL Community such as Broward County... My area's of interests are starting north of Commercial Blvd as far as Royal Palm Blvd I'm open with my boundaries of east or west.

Preferred Cities: Tamarac, Palm Aire, Cypress Creek & Margate but negotiable.

Hello My name is Lavonna,

I've read almost all of Kim & Robert Kiyosawki books, with that being said. I'm eager to getting started in Real Estate Investing!! I really need some hands on guidance and direction from a dedicated Mentor. I'm worried being that my credit isn't great and I don't own any asset's do I even stand a chance at getting financial backing from funding lenders and or any other sources? I just don't know where to begin. Do I need to join an Investing Group, or attend the seminar's advertised on TV by various Guru's in the industry, go take a realtor course to become an agent? So many questions I feel like a small fish in a huge ocean trying to find my way along.. One thing is for  certain giving up isn't an option.
