Post: What is everyone seeing in Louisiana Market right now?

Hello everyone,

I'm curious what kind of deals are working best for investors right now in Louisiana.

Are you focusing more on quick flips or long-term rentals?

Can you tell me what you're targeting as far as price range, bed/ bath count,  & zip codes of your interest?

How important is “move-in ready” vs. “needs work” for your strategy?

I  have been speaking with a few local investors and getting different answers. Some are saying the single distressed SFHs under $200 are their bread and butter, while others are doubling down on multis in the $400-$600 range.

I would love to hear what's working best for you in today's market. I'm always looking to learn from other investors in the area.

Thanks,

Lacreasha

Hello Michael,

There's a slight misunderstanding. I am not a licensed real estate agent. I work from home as a customer service representative. I take calls for different companies, but I have been seeking further knowledge of real estate. It's something I have been looking into for about 3, maybe 4 years now, but recently I began to take action as a wholesaler. I would like to eventually grow and expand so that I can fix and flip, and even buy and hold properties.

Hello everyone,

My name is Lacreasha, I'm a Realtor investor. I'm beginning, I haven't completed my first deal yet as a wholesaler but, I'm working on it and I would like to expand further with my business. Right now I am working on the Shreveport & Bossier, La areas. I would like to meet more experienced agents and, I would like to build long-term relationships and learn as much as possible.
