@Seth Eaton I chose Fayetteville because home prices are lower and I think I would have a better chance of getting cash follow in that market while also minimizing risk.

Hi All,
I am new to this site and I am looking to invest in a few buy and hold SFH properties (B-C class) in the Fayetteville, NC market. I am currently stationed in the DC area but I am usually in North Carolina a few times throughout the year visiting family. Any recommendations for realtors, property managers, contractors, and wholesalers would be greatly appreciated. Also, any advice on areas in Fayetteville I should target and avoid for a buy and hold rental would be appreciated as well.
