Looking for advice on financing options for a triplex. Could use as a primary residence for better down payment rates. If I don’t use as primary would I have to come up with 20% down? Any advice would be great! Thanks

@Jessica Smith thanks for the input. It kinda reminds me of a town in Ohio where I live, but it seems like a lot more available, affordable cool houses with character! Kinda thinking buy n hold my be the route to go.
Thanks again

Love to get some feedback on Jamestown. I’m in NE Ohio amd I’m driving over next week to look around. Seems like a cash flow vs appreciation market. Looking to flip, buy and hold. Any info would be appreciated!
thanks in advance

@Kyle J. Thanks man!
I think I’m gonna look around and see if I can find a lender. My credit union lender told me 6 months. So I’m gonna go fishin.

Hi All! Wondering If anyone could tell me if I purchase a home cash and I have 90,000 worth of equity in the property would I still have a “seasoning” period after deed transfer before I can access my equity with a heloc or line of credit? Trying to build some velocity with my money! Lol
Thanks in advance!
