fire dept disposed of the grease and the pan when they arrived, fire was already put out when they arrived.

there was no smoke order that aired out on its on over night and few days afterwards, by the time they did any work it had been two weeks. and a apology was given, no serv-pro was used. and it wasn't due to carelessness in process of stirring the fries grease dripped over pan and it caught on fire, and quickly ignited. and she already recieved payment from insurance company.

yes i'm sure, it was just painting and they did that 2 weeks after fire and still no cabinets and only the three is need of replacing i have 10 cabinets  only the two over the stove and the  edge of the cabinet to the left was damaged, and from what the painter told me is that her insurance isn't covering that, i don't believe he was suppose to say anything but i had asked when they were going to be put in and that was his response.  i dont know what the adjuster lady put down. and the people she sent and hired aren't from a company "company per say" 

hello, I just received an text message from my landlord stating i have to pay the deductible, due to when my kitchen caught on fire when i was frying french fries, it was't major damages, only to the stove and microwave and these were mines and i replaced that, they only had to paint the kitchen walls they werent burnt just the black stuff from the smoke and we cleaned the walls, but they told us not to clean the walls and asked us to stop. they cabinets are what got just a little burnt mainly the cabinet over the stove, however she still hasnt replaced the cabinets. can she do this i'm from winston salem nc.
