Hi
I have a cleaning company (LLC), and now I am exploring managing STR in my area. This is not full property management but only cleaning/turnovers, check-ins, check-outs, and some concierge like grocery shopping and stocking, reservations, etc. Is this considered a property manager? Does this require a broker license and property manager testing and license in GA? Any advice helps. THANKS
