Thanks Bill! What type of contract should I use? Any standard Bill of Sale contract or can I use a regular real estate purchase agreement contract?

Can you wholesale mobile homes? If so, what are the steps? I came across a motivated seller of a mobile home. Has sickly parents out of state and needs to go and care for them. Wants to sell the mobile home ASAP. I saw a we buy mobile homes sign and called the number. Buyer says he buys mobile homes from $5000 to $15000 depending on its shape. The mobile home owner has the title (free and clear). Any thoughts?
