Hi congrats on the sfr. I'm fairly new here and interested in REI as well. looking to purchase our first sfr in Las Vegas where we will be moving soon. my question is what made you decide to invest in a turnkey property vs a fix and flip? and what are the advantages? thanks

Thank you for your input, I've included these in my notes. Yes ultimately I would like to have a stabilized cash flow per month.

Hello All! New to BP. Looking to starting out with SFR and was wondering what is a good cash flow per month and also at what point did you decide to add another SFR to your portfolio...3,6, 12 months??
