Hi all,

First time post.  I'm looking for advice on entering the real estate investing world through joining an experienced partner(s).  My background is in Investment Banking and Private Equity, and I bring strong experience in financial modeling and analysis of large/complex transactions.  I am looking for somewhat experienced partner(s) who could use the additional manpower and technical background to navigate deals.  I would love to be hands on throughout the entire process, but also take the opportunity to learn alongside someone who is more experienced in this space than I.

Has anyone done this?  Is this a practical entry into this space?  Thank you.
