I am new and looking for my first property. I have about $2,000 budgeted for marketing. What should I put that toward to get the best results? Direct Mail Marketing? Cold calling team? Any other ideas? Also, for context, I am doing long-distance investing and looking for fix-and-flips/BRRRRs. Thanks for the help!
