Wow, old post. I did find an agent. Hes got a lot of experience in the local market here. Actually put in an offer about 2 weeks ago. Thought we were close to a deal, but then someone came in and snagged it for nearly full list.

Ideal Agent would be familiar with submitting offers on fnma, fmcc and hud homes. Have a great pulse on the market and the ability to find great opportunities through the mls and other sources. Willing to submit multiple offers on the same properties and not shy about submitting offers at 50-80% of asking price.
These would be fix and flips, so opportunities to re list will be available for an agent with a solid marketing plan and the right price.
Any help is much appreciated, Thanks!
When you get home warm everything up for a few hours and turn things on slowly. have a look at your traps and toilets.

Lets not forget about Blackberry 10. Their new OS is outstanding, as well as the hardware.

I think a lot of folks do floors early on, then cover them. Painting should be about the last thing you do. it's harder to screw up a covered floor than it is to mark a wall.

I'm looking at a couple sfh's that fannie has listed. Just curious if anyone has used buying 2 (or more) property's as a tactic to get great pricing? In this case though, they are listed by different agents.
