Post: Best app to collect rent from tenants when on a monthly contract

I am 20 years old and I am about to house hack my first property. I want to use an app on my iPhone to collect rents. I am going to attempt month to month contracts so it’s needs to be best for that but would love to hear the best ones for a 12 month contracts too.
