Hi Everyone,

I found this website a little while ago and have finally saved up $50k to invest in my first multi unit property.

I would like to invest out of state (I currently live in California) and am not sure what areas of the country this would still be possible in. I understand there have been many post made about this topic but the ones I read are at least one to two years old.

If there are any Realtors or Property Managers that wouldn’t mind sharing insight on the areas they work/invest in, it would be GREATLY appreciated!

I am a brand new investor and really excited to get started. I still have a lot to learn and wondered if folks would be willing to share their thoughts on the best markets to purchase multi’s under 40k?
