Hi, I am new to all of this. First of all, I am Larisa, I am Russian, I am a new Mom and I am done doing regular jobs, it will never work for me, I need to learn and to use my brains for something that can pay accordingly. I am getting my real estate license, I want to know a lot about real estate, I am reading quite a few books, listening some podcasts like holdthathouse, biggerpockets, richdad.

I am planning to start with wholesales and to sell houses/ learn more about real estate business. I know it is mostly male business...
