Thanks for the welcome. i would definitely love to  grab a coffee @john cohen.  @William Collins. We are looking for multi family to live in. We have three kids and want to get everyone together. Our house hasn't sold here yet so the multi family seems like a good solution. Lookin for a place with good schools in the hartford or springfield area. I definitely dont have a plan to hit the ground running. Any suggestions would welcome. Thanks. 

I have signed up for fortunebuilders and felt like I spent way too much money and didn't succeed and gave up.  I am no longer working and want to jump in and start trying to find ways to earn money.  I like looking for deals. I think I would like to get into multifamily units.
