Hi I saw an ad  about tax lien certificate school. Dustin Hahn is offering tax lien certificate school information for $27. Is it legit?  I asked for the information and received a link,but didn't open it as it might be questionable. I heard some negative statements online about them.I would appreciate any feedback.
