If this is your full time job you can use QB for sure. If this is not, I recommend a bookkeeper. Mine is a gem, she saves me tons of time and angst.

Brandon, beware of doing this job yourself. It's fraught with danger. Sanding too deep in some areas, leaving lint, dirt or sand in the polyurethane, etc. I tried this once early on and regret doing the job. When we sold the house the buyer nailed me on it as well.

Cincinnati has a number of older, large homes in need of rehabbing. My dream home is a 4,000 sf beauty just asking for a quality finish!
