@Eric Steffel gladly! I'm more than happy to help. Both areas are smaller communities in the country where you can find quite a bit of property for a relatively low price but property values are much lower than the areas I listed above. Also, most of the properties are much older and need more reno work.

Inman and Boiling Springs are both about 5-10 years behind.

If you're looking for a lot of land for a low price and you don't really care too much about the neighborhood/surrounding area then you can find quite a few good deals here.

@Eric Steffel Multi family units are scarce in this area and owners hold on to them. The units that do become available are either in rougher areas or need reno work.

- #GreenvilleSC is exploding

- #Simpsonville is growing really fast and has several really sought after elementary schools. Dunwoody area is really popular.

- #Greer area has a lot of potential, esp in the Riverside area.

- #Taylors area is hit and miss. Eastside area is pretty popular.

- San Souci area is full of SFH that need reno work, has a ton of flips available. It's several years from being revitalized but it's quickly going that way.
