So you would leave Chicago because you don't think there are opportunities to invest here? or you just think there are more plentiful opportunity for you in Cincy?

My reasoning is that Cincy is like a mini Chicago by comparison dealing with alderman, getting permits, etc. Cincy is like the jv and home is definately the Varsity. I am not moving permanantly just to fix up my property and take advantage of the opportunities in Over the Rhine. I would be wiling to take advantage of any and all opps in Chicago I just wanted to get more experience, connections, capitol, etc. Its only 3.5 hours drive so I will be back & forth alot.

Thanks

Tell us a little more about the property and we'll do our best to help out!

See you around BiggerPockets!

By up and running I mean rehabbed and rented, maybe rehabbed is too strong a word, there is lead paint in one unit and I want to update the other units. No major repairs at all 25-45 day project at most the bldg. is not occupied but is not in disrepair. It is a seven unit brick bldg. with six 1br's & one 2br. I wanted to use hard money but would like to hear some scenarious from the forum members as to the best way to go about this. And the move to Cincinnati would only be for getting in on some of the opportunities there in rehab & development home is always Chicago and I stay on the southside Beverly area. Please any advice or info. is Welcome!

Thanks
