@Lydia T. I’ve been using DealMachine because I’ve been doing a lot of driving for dollars and I’m really cool with my mail man so I’m sure he’d help me out as well, that’s a great idea. Door knocking would help out too. Ima try that tomorrow and see where I can get.

@Lydia T. As far as marketing I’ve been doing a lot of driving for dollars, cold calling, and mailing, Hell I even wrote notes and left them at some of the properties. As far as buys I’ve found some LLCs that have investors and some local fix and flip investors but they are very area specific.

So I’m finally starting my wholesaling journey after doing a month of research, listening to podcast, and every YouTube video I could find. I built a buyers list and I’m trying my best to get to sellers but it’s been challenging. Any advice to help?
