Hello bigger pockets family My name is LaShae ' I'm studying to become a real estate investor. By studying I mean reading books, reading blogs and watching videos. I want to start  wholesaling houses in my city Baltimore Md. I'm currently building my buyers list. Do the bigger pockets family have any advice for a newbie from Baltimore ?
