Hi Everyone,
So, a partner and I have placed our second flip together on the market. I am really enjoying this side of the business. We are concentrating on building a team to get these flips done quickly but with quality.
Ranch home 3 bed 1 Bath. New kitchen, bath, floors, paint replaced electric baseboard heaters, parged/ painted the lower half of outside of the home, had a slight water issue on 1 side of basement so waterproofed and added sump pump for precaution.
Purchase Price/ closing costs $101,412. Repairs total $45,000 Total 146,412. Currently on the market

Condition was better than Detty but worse than N Irving.

Thank You. It was an off-market deal, my business partner was the one who was actual contacted about the deal she reached out and said we need to check it out.
