That would be great, Joe!  I'm not looking for a full fledged management company though (just in case), just the important folks that can tend to the stuff that requires attention from someone nearby.  How can we connect?

I currently use a property management company to manage our single vacation home in Carolina Beach NC, but am strongly considering managing myself.  Problem is that I live 6 hours away.  Does anyone have any contacts for general property services, like checking in to properties periodically, handymen, housekeepers...etc?  I could handle the marketing and guest communications myself, just need someone (or someones) on the ground locally.  Thanks in advance!  Laura
