I have a phenomenol master plumber for new home builds and pipe replacement for gut renovations. He's looking for more work since developers slowed down with building. He will come in with a lower estimate and work is impeccable.

Reach out to me in reference to splitting baseboards n installing mini split. I have an excellent plumber

I love Lehigh, just haven't invested in that area yet

I would like to refinance a 196k loan and house is worth 500k. My current rate is 4.5, but it would only make sense to me if I could get it down to 2.6 or less. I'm currently employed, so it shouldnt be an issue. What are the current rates?

I'm definitely moving away from NJ to invest since the prices are too inflated to cash flow. I'll keep you in mind during closing.

Your enthusiasm is amazing. I'm glad your identifying the downfalls, but keeping your spirit high. Have you flipped or gutted a home yet? What areas are you targeting? I'm in northern nj

Just looked at a two family down the block from where i llive. The facade of the home on the first floor is enclosed with a mudroom/porch that was built as an extension. It's obvious that the front of the home is it's bearing wall, but could i knock it out into the mudroom porch for more space? Would it be  huge project requiring an engineer. The second floor seems to have an extension too with french doors. that is blocking the front windows light

There's a home located on my block with frozen pipes and radiator damage that I'd like to buy. The real estate agent or broker's secretary said that she would be out for two weeks. I emailed her and called the office to express my interest. When I called Fannie Mae, they said it's been on the market for 15 days, and they give a first time home buyer the opportunity to bid before the investors or hedge funds. I feel this real estate agent/broker has a cash buyer lined up or someone in contract already. How could I avoid the competition and place a bid myself. This happens w/ every foreclosure or short-sale home i find.

Is Bethlehem PA worth investing in? I don't see a big job market or employment versus NJ. Is the population expected to grow or are people migrating from PA to a stronger financial district or another area to retire??
