I need to start wholesaling from South América I believe I need to create a Foreign LLC from outside the US but I need to know what documents the title companies are going to ask regarding the LLC and myself.

You don't need a US ID. Do you have a foreign passport?
I only have the pasaporte issued in My country by the Venezuelan goverment

I want to start wholesaling from South América but I think My signature wouldnt be valid If I'm not and have never been in the United States before. Do I need to create a LLC? Are there Any troubles I would enconter once I get an LLC? (In case that's the only way to do it)
