In building business credit, any suggestions on good virtual business address companies to use to set up virtual address? What about thoughts on google voice or go daddy for business phone number? Any other tips or advice on best practices for building business credit? Your time is appreciated!

What are the best tools used to analyze deals? Best sites to find a ARV detail? Comps? Future initiatives in area? Rental rates in area? Any apps that help with this analysis?

@James Wise I totally agree with you! As a newbie in this field, I think this verbiage should not be allowed. Nothing is absolutely free, it’s going to cost you something if it’s worth anything.
