@MIKE HOUSTON Hi Mike! I’m currently sitting in the 2nd day of the three day training. In the entire time it took me to read your post. I am listening to Phil explain to me what Marketing is. I have a BBA in Marketing. I’m so insulted. We have gone through 1 strategy today. The rest has been various pitches for the Big Dog Program. Im so over it. I thought REIAs were supposed to be supportive.

@Lydia T. Hi Lydia!  Thanks so much for the information.  I have been on Meetups and joined a few groups.  I always open to as much information as I can get.  I would love the book recommendation.  Thanks Again.

@Michael Loza

I’m considering this for my first property. Depending on the company you may have options. I was told I can borrow the money or just take it at out and be taxed at 10%. Call and ask for options.

Good luck!!
