Thank you Lawrence for your reply. Our property still needs to be remediated we are 200k away from closing the issue. Do you still think it is possible to get a regular loan

it used to be a dry cleaners. hired an lsrp and did all the research. got to the point to we know the cost to close. 200k left to spend. The question is if its possible to get financing before its cleaned up?

A friend of mine who is struggling and hasn't paid his mortgage and a line of credit for more then a year. i would love to buy the house in a short sale. how do i do it with two outstanding loans?
