Hi all,
My name is Laurie. I'm looking for the impossible, it seems. My husband and I are in need of a duplex or triplex in the San Diego. I want to expand my business and be closer to my daughters. Not a lot of realtors want to work with us because we don't have a lot to spend.
We've both worked our butts off to get to where we can even imagine owning a home again.
We've been working with a loan officer in San Diego. We're pre qualified for up to $350,000. Bupkas, I know. :(
Anyway, if anyone out there is interested in taking us on as clients, that would be amazing and thanks so much for reading this!
