Hi, everyone! I've been learning a lot about REI and am ready to start building a great team and getting my first deal done. I'm starting out with wholesaling due to limited funds and want to move into rehabs as fast as possible. It's great to be among so many successful people!

Evey market goes up & down in value. Buy for cash flow, not equity.
