Hello! I am thinking about starting a career with renting out trailers. I would love any advice that anyone has to offer! I do have a few questions as well. Where should I look? I have heard of people in my area getting used single wide trailers 3 for two grand, but as I look on the internet I see everyone is asking for 13k for a trailer that I would have to put lots of money into fixing up. I think to start out I would get 4-5 trailers that I could fix up, but I don’t even know know where to start with all of this! I have never met anyone that has done this but I think it would be a great a way to gain assets and create passive income. I am so glad I came across this website! Would it be smart to take out a loan to start or should i save money to invest into it? My credit is perfect. What would my daily life be like as a property investor/landlord? Thank you so much for reading, I look forward to all advice and to learning more about how i can make my money work for me instead of vice versa ;)
