While doing my morning jog I came across a multi family property...what avenue would anyone suggest I take to find out who owns the property?

Like I previously stated I’m new to Phoenix and also New to REI. I’m hoping someone in the Phoenix area can help me locate any investor friendly title companies.

Are there any good title companies in the Phoenix/miracopa area that others In the REI game can recommend to me? I’m very new to the area and really trying to get a jump start on procedures and locations.Im hoping to connect with as many investors, agents, contractors as possible.
