I was wondering  if it's illegal to put a yellow letter in someone's mailbox yourself  ? And  if not , has anyone ever done it ?

Hey BP family , I found  a couple beat up properties that are still being occupied near my community . Is it okay if I call the owner instead of waiting to hear back from a a yellow letter campaign ?

Helllo BP, I'm 18 yo and saved up some capital from my job and  would appreciate  if someone would help me get started in the rei community. I've been reading ,networking and frequently going to the county office for new leads and information but I still have yet to close any deals .  Any feedback would be helpful.Thanks
