@Ian Walsh your right, it's just when I see when sometimes people call into his show and ask hey I want to start a career in marketing he says no stay away from it. But to me my personal thought is why tell them no there could be a lesson for them there. They could either be really bad and find something new or really good and make a lot of money. The way I feel about it is its money everywhere it's just how you do it to obtain it.

I am at a crossroads about David Ramsey. Am I the only one or do I see him as arrogant, and does his method of cash of king seem like and awful method. I look at his youtube videos and I just dont want to doubt him and crucify him based on my opinion. So I want to ask does anybody else think his views are a little outlandish

@Ray Johnson The property is located in Houston Texas. I dont remember in signing the lease did it say anything like that

So today I recieved a letter on my door as well as all my neighbors saying that they are aware of people indulging in illegal smoking substance. They have gotten complaints from other residents and are threatening to take legal action. Now I understand, the reason people chose to smoke on there balcony and not in there own apartment is because they dont want a smoke smell within there living quarters,which I can totally agree. But my question is can they legally take action against you bcause you indulge in such activities?

@Aaron K. Thank you, currently I live in Texas. I plan on taking care of it all. The county's are just very far I have to drive out to take care of them.

I have past warrents in different county's and one in the county I live in driving related and I am studying for my real estate liscence. Will those warrents affect me in trying to obtain my liscence?
