Wow. Thanks for replying everyone. I've learned as a new investor, people aren't willing to help as much as they say they will. However, @Brandon L. after marketing to hundreds of Real Estate Agents, some reached out to me and offered to help me. I'm pretty sure once we meet and get to know each other, then we can develop a business structure that would be beneficial for everyone involved then they will know that its not just about what I "want."

Thank you @Sean Rolan. I am searching upcoming meetups near me to network.

Thank you Chris. I can and will pay a flat fee depending on price. Now I need to see who  will do this for me today.

@Rafael Norat, I have not. I assumed I needed more information before I went there. I have adjacent addresses therefore I'll go first thing Monday morning. Thank you so much. If there are any other information  accept all help. Thank you.

Post: Finding owners of Houses without address number

What does it mean when there are distressed properties with the mailbox and house number removed? How do you find the numbers without homeowners or neighbors? I have found the addresses of the properties located on the particular Street. Google earth and maps pictures don't help. So if I have to pay someone then it's fine. Any tips?

Hello everyone. To be short and direct, I need an Real Estate Agent/ Investor who can pull comps on an extensive list of properties today. I will also need MLS listings to provide to inspectors. Lastly, if you are interested in an unlicensed RA assistant we can discuss incentives. I am in Statesville, North Carolina which is about 50 mins from Charlotte. Thanks everyone.

@Account Closed I checked the link you posted here for the group you are starting. Is it the Moore County Meet Up in Pinehurst, North Carolina? If not, do you have any updates on the details?

Thank you,

@Allen Seto it sounds more like a follow up letter

I've seen many effective yellow letters as simple as,

Hey Bob,

I want to buy your house.

Any thoughts?
